FiveRocks just issued its very first real estate security token (through their project company "Welcome Home MG GmbH") on GermanReal.Estate for their "Welcome Home" property development in Mönchengladbach (North Rhine-Westphalia). In this video, the 2 managing directors of FiveRocks reveal to Axel the plans for their project and why they develop a mixture of residential living & commercial space.

"Welcome Home" is the new construction of a multi-story property with 8 residential units (2. & 3. floor) and 4 commercial units (ground & 1. floor) in the middle of all public life in Mönchengladbach (Postgasse 14 & 16). FiveRocks acquired the 679 sqm plot and will develop the property with 1.120 sqm living & utility space until the first half of 2024.

Investors will enjoy a 4% fixed interest rate per year until 31.07.2023 (with the option for FiveRocks to prolong until 31.12.2023. If #FiveRocks sells to property after completion, investors will participate with an additional 20% of the profit share (=12,8% return in total if FiveRocks' calculation works out).

Preferably, Tobias & Michael would like to keep the "Welcome Home" property in Mönchengladbach together with us investors from GermanReal.Estate in order to generate passive rental income. To achieve that, we need to join forces and invest 999.999€ together.
