imo the best workouts are from eylem abaci, they hurt GOOD and they work p quickly too. but they're hard for complete beginners. even i, who exercises every day, couldn't even sit on my ass without it hurting after about 2 days of doing her model legs workout 😭

ОтветитьI love Chloe because as you said, she's for beginners. There's nothing wrong about that. Not everyone is strong enough to do advanced exercises and many, including myself, are often discouraged to exercise as I find it difficult to do them. As a newbie in working out,I appreciate Chloe Ting's workout videos. I love her aesthetic and her quietness. When I workout, I try to concentrate a lot on the moves so I like that she's not talking too much to distract me. I may have to switch to a different fitness videos in the future from these other girls when I get stronger enough. But for now, I am grateful for Chloe for making me start being active and fit.

ОтветитьYo Linda Sun you're young so I'll forgive you, but I can see exactly why you have such a struggle with your "ideal body Vs ideal food" battle. If you're interested in being really skinny, it's best not to do strength training. Just do cardio - get a bike and go cycling and go see your friends and have fun. All this strength training is increasing muscle mass, increasing appetite and you seem to be very good at the eating part - as you explained in your recent "my story" video...
I've got the opposite thing to you; I have a very active lifestyle including an active job which I cycle to and from work. I find it difficult to eat enough and therefore very easy to lose weight. I don't do strength training beyond what I get in doing my job - fairly lightweight strength training for long hours, so that's pretty much cardio.
I have to boil loads of eggs to eat as snacks and drink milkshakes with ice cream in to maintain a steady weight.
People who gain weight easily are those who a) love eating b) do strength training.
People who lose weight easily are those who a) get full quick at mealtimes b) burn lots of calories in cardiovascular exercise.
I do like you though Linda, you're incredibly cute and I think you'll find that the vast majority of men the world over find you very attractive just as you are, give or take 10-15lbs.
Perhaps it's only because you're looking at all these fitness models who are all like 20something women with the tall skinny genes (they're overated by the way - there's a historical reason why it's a minority of people who are tall and skinny...).

Ответитьi'm really happy with everything you said about natacha!! she's been my absolute favorite. i love watching her videos because 1) she educates on the science behind health/exercise so well, 2)she is the kindest human in the world, 3)she encourages exercising for enjoyment and health, not with shame and toxicity, 4)i get great ideas on new moves and exercises to focus on and lastly, 5)she inspires me to push myself and try new things because she loves challenging herself to do all kinds of new, crazy, awesome activities. she has really helped me remember to do all this stuff out of love and not because i hate myself or anything like that. strongly recommend her even for beginners just because you can learn so much from her!! <3
