While I was following everything that has been guided in this video, I could see sparks of dark blue light, felt as if I wasn't in the earth anymore and was in the outer space of the universe, the soul that I saw there was pitch black,I felt a sense of oneness but before I could get any messages I think something went wrong, because I don't even remember what happened after that, I saw a lot of things but it didn't make any sense, it felt like I had multiple dreams and so I forgot all of it, I think instead of receiving messages I fell asleep, and I felt those tingling sensation in my legs that you feel if you sit still in a stable position for a long time, it started feeling uncomfortable and I opened my eyes and realised I didn't complete the whole video and it had only been 22 minutes, I've no idea what happened,I think I just fell asleep while sitting. If anyone knows what even happened with me please feel free to reply.

I've been astral projecting before the internet. I can't believe most are trying to. I don't have to do anything. Not even meditate. I just recently started looking at videos. my story is long by the way. I get answers I need. What does that mean.?

I've listened to it twice, and each time it brought me different visual experiences. Last night, during my second listen, I finally received answers that I couldn't get in therapy! I kept dancing with my higher self :) I felt lifted, elevated, and filled with ease and carefreeness. At some point, I asked her about the heavy feeling of senselessness I often experience during the day when thinking about tasks or reaching my goals. It was as if life was so predictable, boring, and as if I was already an old person. She answered that it was a mask for another, real emotion—child-like openness! The real emotion was, 'I don't know!' I don't know what is going to happen to me, I don't know the answers to anything, and I'm not sure if my decisions are right or wrong. Because it's so hard to accept the unknown, my real emotion put on the mask of an old person to give the illusion of control. But we are never in control, and that's what brings novelty and joy into life, no matter how old you are!

It was an amazing revelation! Then, I felt as if some part of me was lifting above my bed and literally floating in the air. It was scary because I'm not seeking any 'out-of-body' experiences. However, I stayed honest and told my higher self that I was scared. It was a funny dialogue because every time I said, 'I'm scared!' she kept replying, 'And that's awesome!' 😊

I love all your episodes but i have noticed that your voice is a little muffled. ,,,I use to be a sound engineer and was thinking a higher quality microphone would help for a more clearer voice so you can maintain that that soft tone but with a better audible quality

I went through long journey deep deep upto my fertlization time that was very astoundig and introduce me with dear mother because she died while was infant and i do not remeber her physically so was amazing

As I read through the comments I see so many people who are unable to reach the higher realm sort of speak. People this is called the gateway process. It is not meant to be played on speakers. It is meant to be played while you are in a laying down position. Put on head phones. This frequency will hemisync both hemispheres of your brain to allow your soul, spirit, essence, etc...to lift out of the body. Picture yourself laying on the ground with a ladder leading to the roof. While listening to this try to lift yourself from your body and grab the ladder. We are all capable of putting together pieces of a puzzle. But only if you're given all the pieces to the puzzle. My first experience I didn't project to another multiverse, but instead I was on a cliff with someone, or something with me. We were looking down upon all the other universes before us. Awesome, but very humbling experience as well.

My higher self is bright!! She soars the peaks of mountains gracefully. There is no fear in the Higher Self.. nothing but happiness!!

Hello 👋🏾 my name is cherry price and my birthday is May 19th 1977

I did a lot of mushrooms last night and was tripping hard and needed to calm down. I played this in the dark on a speaker above my head and I cried so hard, my dad recently passed away and doing the meditation going back in life as a child got me so good. I must have cried for a good 45 minutes straight but in a good way.

Oh my god! This was one of the most surreal experiences. I could feel everything and nothing. So calming and so serene. I met myself.

I got flashes and prolonged images of eyes, human eyes viewed at all different angles. But a singular eye differently shaped, lashes included, pupils the works. I believe my higher self was guiding me to my third eye and to focus on that, awaken it. I asked for a hug and felt a rush of emotions, and cried during the meditation through my eyelids down my cheeks. Towards the end counting back up to 10 I saw flashes and slow swirls of blue (my favourite colour). This was amazing 🥰

i dont know but i have seen a creature like alien made up of stars and black and shiny little stars like things attached...very shiny and blinging and transparent...eyes like feline and have black transparenr feathers like universe...whole body was alike and smiling at me flying around me and didnt speak me at all but show some faces of persons, they're introducing about themselves and telling me how they are thinking about me...i dont know what is this.

My higher self kept me lifted up she would not allow me to fall and she was calling my name. She was full of energy, happiness and lots of speed and power.

So so greatful for this powerful meditation! Realize we are so not alone and have access to all the heavenly realms where we came from. Love and blessing to all❤️🙏

i lucid dream and am at least conscious during my dreams every single night. i listened to this and was asleep by like number 5. and don’t remember anything. and i’m not one to fall asleep quickly either. i guess we shall see what happens next time i give this a try!

Great video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love him so much I can’t stop thinking about him, I’ve tried my very best to get him back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of him, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss him and just can’t stop thinking about him

I saw a a humanoid figure in the shadow of m6 closed eye dancing it seemed like for a few seconds and almost could read what I felt like was text in front of me. I need to find a way to clear up the imagery. Practicing this kind of stuff must be what's needed to achieve success here. What's the real nature of the human existance. Why is this kind of stuff not taught more mainstream anyways

Meditation. I’ve never meditated before but I have an uncanny imagination.

Believe me when I say that have love as another specie before, flip through my life and read other people’s emotions like a book.

At first I thought it was because I’ve been reading too many fictional novels because I’ve always have this council of me in me,

A space where different representations of me meet and discuss.

This is really weird, but I’ve never found myself truly stuck with a problem,

There will be certain times when I will just look at the world from a third person perspective and communicate with others, developing great bonds,

The problem is... it always occur in my mind!.

My mind is just so active, so acute, so conjunctive i could build a fantastical world and it will all makes sense through logic.

Whenever I enter the space, the answer is always to be free, to stop holding back,

To move around and do away with my reservations, and am still trying.

I will only say something,

Some chains are beneficial to ground you to reality, while some

You have to break loose of it.

You just have to know which one to break and which one to keep, because you can’t truly be free of chains.

My higher self was in a room like waiting for me. I asked so many questions and got the answers to everything I needed to know. Now I see how this is going with the way things are happening to be. I can’t explain everything but this is what I needed

I don't know....I dream so much weird things,when I do meditation...not long ago I dreamt I was taken to another world,it was a very isolated place with trees and very similar to earth but it was a Tree that talked to me and showed me it's seeds..they red and black colors,then suddenly I was inside a room and the walls of the room talk as well,they told Me to scape,then I was in a bush with other humans and were prisioners of those beings...with long white hair,they were using their powers to hear my thoughts and when I was trying to scape,one of them got,w it was so scary...they have us there to be slaves,we have to cut Trees and I didn't want to do so they were going to kill me,I was so alone far from Earth and not one could help us,we were took to another world to work and kill Those Trees..that were so incredible weird with beautiful seeds hanging on them...I haven't recovered yet..still half of me is in that dream..

When I encountered my higher self I asked questions that I already knew the answers to deep down. It was a very spiritual experience for me. I was told that darkness is here and more is coming and I need to shine my light brighter than ever. I was told I was powerful but the things I am doing in my life and the partner I have is suppressing my power and causing me to operate at a low energy field. I was also told that nothing that happens to me here in the physical realm can harm my higher self but there are things I have to learn and do while I am here. I was told I am not operating at my optimal levels and this is causing depression in me. What I gained from it mostly is that I need to dig deep and find out why I keep putting water on my own fire. And I need to be the light in the darkness of this world now more than ever. I told my higher self I don’t feel strong enough and they said everything will be ok and I will do the things they said I need to do. I cried at the end. I didn’t think I would but it was emotional and words I really need to hear right now…
