What are the secrets of highly effective software product managers and product owners? A session to share insights learned having talked to successful, product managers and product owners from across a broad range of companies at ProductPH - a community of Product Managers in the Philippines. In this session, I plan to distill some of the lessons/insights shared by successful Product Managers who have spoken in past Product PH Community Meetups on what it takes to conceptualize, validate, develop and launch a product, whether in a small startup or a large corporation--with specific examples/case studies in the Philippines. Attendees managing products can learn what it takes to become not just a Product Manger, but a highly effective one!
