ОтветитьLooks like the lupini bean seitan logs are 2920 cal/each using Bobs Red Mill vital wheat gluten 480g, Brami Lupini beans 600g and nutritional yeast flakes 80grams. That’s without any sauce

Great information, will definitely use a lot of the ideas. Just one thing...when the camera goes to the side and you are talking, it would be great if you actually are looking at the camera.
