The architects and engineers who designed and built this glass-bottom bridge had to make sure the perfect safety of this bridge before they let the visitors/tourists walk on it. The company that was responsible for building this bridge doesn't want to be sued if something happens to the bridge that causes injuries or deaths to visitors. Better safe than sorry.

Some perverts will stand at some angle beneath the glass-bottom bridge to look up to see some skirt-wearing young women's bottoms.
