Had nothing but problems with my Dell and am forced to replace it. Dont make that choice.

I have question for fast video editing should I look at the ram or processor. For example should I go with ryzen 5 16 gb ram or Intel I7 8 gb ram? Does processor matter or ram/ graphics card matter for better performance?
