They didn't add Ben 10. Ben 10 is their most profitable and successful franchise of the entire studio, and they had the conscience not to add it

It’s not bad but i think personally that harry potter doesn’t belong there. Don’t get me wrong i love harry potter but it’s not a cartoon. And the name is “cartoon” network xD
