Can we retake our gst number, after cancellation

Sir, i cancelled the gst number on 25 th of jan 2022 ... the way how you cancelled same method only i done sir. but today i got notice from gst office that i am not filled the tax from jan 2022. i called to the tax officer that he told that within 15 days of cancellation we have to take printout and surrender to tax office.but today i tried in gst site i am not able to take printout and access denied came... will you please help me how to rectify this problem...
