i am here now and its so sad to see its state. it was almost completely shutdown in June. just the ground floor market was running. nothing on the upper level and nothing outside the building. The first i visited this market (Dec 2017) was also just one month after you shot this video. now its opening slowly. stalls now sell food outside every evening.
