Citrix Delivery Controller and Director upgrade from 7 1912 cu6 to 7 2203 cu2

One of the user not able to launch any app error is the GP client service failed the sign in,Access is denied. Lot of things done ms and Citrix vendor not able to provide any solution.
Can u pls tell me if u came across this type of issue n solution

Nice , very informative,want to know one thing , i have to install PVS and xenapp on same server .what should be sequence, should i install PVS first or xenapp and what version.apprecite your ans asap
