It is saying upgrade to vip what shall i do?

The walkthrough says to use
xfreerdp /v:{target_IP} /cert:ignore /u:Administrator
but /cert:ignore wasnt working like it should and i was stuck....

when i type xfreerdp - h it says command not found so i try to install xfreerdp and it gives me this error

when i try to install that package it says i have the newest one but i am not able to use xfreerdp
