Coconut pancakes are the traditional Thai dessert. There’s only a few other ingredients and easy to make. anom babin are crisp on the outside, chewy and coconutty on the inside.
Sticky rice flour = 90g
Arrowroot flour = 10g
Coconut sugar = 50g
Sugar = 35 g
Coconut milk = 67g
Coconut water = 40g
