I keep seeing people in the comments in the original video, who is saying that we are stupid if we dont know What real science is, as if we all live in a scientific echo chamber. We get bombarded every day with dusins of articles Pretty much about how the world is going to end soon. Politicians make decisions based on this doom. And yet these people mock me/us for believing science articles in the Main stream media.

As a common man I can state, hand on heart, that I don't trust the government, individual politicians, nor scientists and least of all the media. Everyone has their own agenda and/or people paying their wages, etc. We can't trust anybody any more. I literally trust no one other than Jesus Christ and, or course, I'm rare in that in this country.

I to am a big proponent for science, but i dont trust anyone anymore, theres allways an agenda, allways a political motive, allways money to be made.

Thousands of politicians, doctors , scientists, reporters, police officeers should be rotting in jail for what they did, for what they lied about, what they authorised during covid, if not why wouldnt they do again and again and again?????

It's the money. Research has become a grift. Weirdly, everyone knows it and doesn't want to say as much. Because they all count on that money to live.

Not admitting they were wrong and making a genuine effort to correct the record makes me think that they are neither honest nor trustworthy.
And this is why I no longer trust traditional media, they break the rules of good conduct too often.

Deliberate misinformation … there is a difference

I have been very ill for 7 years and I never been to a doctor once. I studied, I searched for solutions and the reason ‘why’ I was having trouble. When I didn’t see a result I kept looking. My house looked like a therapy clinic. Another one, insurances didn’t pay for any of it because it wasn’t ‘medicine’. I found the reason in the 3rd year. I had junks, shrapnel like mercury in my jaw from an experimental implant surgery in Germany a long time ago. I was on my way out. Couldn’t remember things, immune system wasn’t functioning. I am still recovering and I am finally getting my life back. This happened because of carelessness. Today ‘science’ no longer looks for the ‘Why’ you’re sick, but addresses symptoms. I’d be dead with that approach.

I have anecdotally seen people in professional jobs that got a degree in math or engineering with much of their motivation to be using the argument from authority. Almost always openly religious casting doubt on the power of the scientific method. It's not a crisis of truth from science. Thats a false equivalence. The scientific method works. It's religious people who have infiltrated to undermine the institution. Being at university this has popped up quite alot. I saw a PhD from Texas making false claims about climate change. It's disheartening but it's not a crisis in scientific truth it's that religious people lie. Often many time throughout the day

Not in scientific truth, in scientists paid or funded by government or big-pharma. The truth is: all thing are pointing into the direction that Chinese scientists, championed and funded by Western scientists evading the Gain-of-function ban of the Obama administration, created this thing. We generously accept that it evaded probably by accident. It killed 6 million people and converted Western democracies into a carbon copy of communist China.

Strongly agree with this, I have a masters degree level qualification in a science related topic. I now believe nothing I am told by government. Nothing.
