I started off this this 300lb one and at first I wasn’t able to even move it but now it’s been about 5 days of me having it my grip has gotten so strong I’m able to move it half way hopefully by the end of the month I can close it just like you 💪

Currently I reach 150 pounds seven times. My goal is 200 pounds.
