That hamster is a dwarf hamster. I’ve had one before and he was also very skittish. They are pretty skittish a lot of the time

I had a hamster (RIP Sherlock) people like that in the video are the scum of the earth. Hamsters need peace and rest a big cage a safe way to have a time outside of the cage and no hamster balls

Some of these I think were just them wanting to have fun with the animal. I agree many of these things could be problematic but I don’t think many of these people are purposely or even realize the harm done. Like the first one with the hamster. I bet they just wanted to have fun with their hamster in the pool, and that cupholder float seemed to fit perfectly.

I've always wanted a crab and (a crab crab not a hermit crab) and frogs, but I've realised I don't have the space and money to look after it. Furthermore, I don't think it is ethical to keep them due to their environmental needs. While it was very difficult to not get them, I believe they may life better lives than in my house

One of my friends nieces had 3 baby red eared sliders turtles in one tiny tank (5 gallon tank) and never thought that they would need to upgrade the tank or give them a bigger one, and only fed the lil babies lettuce 2 times per week…

I feel very bad for a fish at my private school. There is this fish in the teenager’s classroom in a shelf above somones desk, the fish is a little bit bigger then an average betta. I dont know the exact species but i think its a betta. The tank is incredibly small! It’s literally smaller than a human baby! And during the weekends, the fish doesn’t eat because no one is in the school, and since it’s summer brake, it probably hasn’t eaten for 2 months! It’s probably dead by now! And then they get a new fish, over and over, and its so sad to me😢 the teacher is really nice and sweet but no one in that class knows just how stressed that fish is, and most of the time the fish is sleeping behind a tiny plastic plant in the tank, sometimes even upside down! I know being upside down can be very stressful for a fish and its very sad and heartbreaking 🥺

Dogs arm bones are meant to go back and forth, not out. When you hold a dog by it’s front legs, you are forcing its arms out.

I few years ago I bought a fish and put him in a similar castle tank. He looked really sad in there and didn’t move around a lot so I did some research and learned that the plastic used to make the particular fish tank is bad for fish. I moved the fish to a larger glass tank and he was much happier

i hate when hamsters are bathed it is bad i dont remember much i am aware it destroys a coat thats why they need sand baths you want to bath a small animal don't get a hedgehog or anything else your gonna stress the hedgehog out wonder why there's poop flakes coming off they need a lot of care and attention my hedgehog setup is probably going to cost me 400 dollars a good travel bath as our sinks are way to dirty a big enclosure last one i wasn't ready so now i have to buy the wood

when i used to have a hamster years ago, i got a bin cage for it. the only thing was that my dad was making the lid so that it had wired mesh ( he cut out a hole in the lid and put wired mesh). it was only off of the cage for one night, so we didn’t think anything of it. nothing tall, no way out of the cage. and in the morning, this hamster is gone. yes the cage was on a table in my basement. yes my hamster jumped out of the cage about 3 feet. we found her in our pantry in the basement and she broke into a noodles bag and was eating noodles. she even brought some stuffing from her cage. i’m not sure if that is animal abuse if the animal did it too itself…..?
