Most of the guys I know in real estate THINK that their first hire should be someone to negotiate with sellers on their behalf.

Acquisitions is the lifeblood of your real estate business. You must be extremely careful when outsourcing this crucial aspect of your real estate investing. Most investors don't pay enough or market enough to attract A-players. This results in inconsistent lead flow, inconsistent revenue, and missed opportunities.

You need a lead manager.
