What is everyone using for a client portal for onboarding and getting documents/files from clients? There has to be software out there that is better than email and Google drive.

For Invoices -- Can you add a deposit line or a way to schedule payments split into different times?

I’ve used both. I recommend HoneyBook! It has a bit of a learning curve and it takes some setting up prior to projects to get your automations just right. But guys! This enhances the workflow for both you and your clients. It’s been a game changer for me honestly. Thanks for the content Latasha!

I just chatted with someone on squarespace support and they said there isn't a way to e-sign but they would submit request to developers. Maybe if enough of us ask they will do it. I love honebyook but their pricing is going up in Feb and business has been sooo slow for me. I am trying to find ways to save money and this would be a nice little save. Also tired of having so many tools. It would be nice to have one place for everything.
