What is the last lesson you learned while traveling? On this trip we learned to always check our camelbacks before we pack them and hold them upside down to make sure they don't leak.
ОтветитьTHIS is my dream trip. Hopefully next summer.
ОтветитьHi. I am a little confused. If the going to the sun road is closed to go all the way across. What do you do? You go half way and then what?
ОтветитьBeautiful place, I wouldn't go unarmed grizzlies can be extremely dangerous and bear spray doesn't always work. I know attacks are rare but better safe than sorry.
ОтветитьI'll be there in less than a month. Rocky Mountain National Park, Yellowstone and Grand Teton and then, GLACIER!
ОтветитьYou are cool and beautiful.
Ответитьwonderful video. Thanks so much for sharing. We are headed up there next month and this was a great preview!
ОтветитьThe whole reservation system to let taxpayers into the parks THEY PAY FOR is infuriating when everytime I go, I see thousands upon thousands of Chinese and foreign nationals enjoying OUR PARKS while we have to plead to be let in. F'ing disgusting!
ОтветитьMore amazing footage! So beautiful! Love the view from the ranger tower at the end!!!
ОтветитьI went there in 2020 it was so amazing trip. Latterly i enjoyed every moment i have had spent there! Of course i will visit once again
ОтветитьI loved the McDonald lodge and the final view! Definitely on my bucket list!
ОтветитьBrave girls camping in bears area!
ОтветитьWonderful video Alice❣️
Really beautiful scenery
I have to get there🙂
Great content !

Excellent look at Glacier NP, Alice. Always learning from you. I’ll be at Glacier (🚐💨) the first week of July. Feel like I won’t ever want to leave. Thank you for helping me to plan some activities.
ОтветитьDon't miss out on Waterton Lakes National Park
ОтветитьI'm planning to visit Glacier national park next summer. Thank you for the video. It gave me necessary insight about hiking there. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьJust discovered your channel, great stuff! You might be the final push to get me out of LA permanently. Either Juneau or Flathead Lake MT. Looking forward to more videos 🙂

Ответитьit looks like you and your sister really enjoy each other.
ОтветитьYou gotta come up to the Canadian side of Glacier and do the Crypt Lake hike!
ОтветитьThanks for taking us back to Glacier. We experienced of the place you showed two yers ago. A spectacular park. A highlight for us was the Grinnell glacier hike. Cheers!
ОтветитьWhat date was this?
ОтветитьAlice, Alice, Alice…those who hike in grizzly country know bear bells are pointless. Might as well be called dinner bells. The human voice and clapping are much better noisemakers than those little bells.
ОтветитьVisit the north of Iran and you will be suprised , also beutifual Qeshm and Hormoz islands in the south of Iran nearby the warm waters of Persian Gulf 🤘🤘
ОтветитьThis is my favorite National Park of all with Yosemite a close second. Glacier just has so much wildlife and the views are amazing. Hiking and camping is super sketchy due to the Grizzlies but totally worth it. No cel signal and very little built structures make it feel so remote. The are also some amazing hikes outside the Park like the Mt Aeneas trail which is stunning and a must do if you are in the area.
ОтветитьYour big joy to watch!! I wish I was there with you. Glacier is my favorite park of all of the parks in the USA.
ОтветитьGreat video. Made it to Yellowstone a few years ago (driving from Kansas City) but decided not to go to Glacier because of the driving distance and the return home. Wish I went to Glacier anyway. Spectacular!
ОтветитьDam this is a nice area...ill be in west montana in a couple of weeks but i dont think i can get over that way, but the mount brown trail would be awesome by the looks of it
ОтветитьJust moved to Montana thought your video was helpful. Cool the way you explain everything.
ОтветитьMe and my family were there yesterday! We live in Missoula now, so we drive to GNP a lot! You don't need a reservation to Going to the Sun Road if you go before 6AM or after 3PM. Bc of the rain..We hiked to Sunrift Gorge and Baring Falls and did a boat ride yesterday. There are lots of beautiful hikes around Missoula also.. in Lolo, and Stevensville :) Montana is such a beautiful state. Thank you for sharing your hikes!
ОтветитьGoing to Glacier for the 1st time in mid July 2024. My son wants to do the High Line trail. Wish you were around as we're looking for a hiking guide (hint hint)
ОтветитьWonderful episode Alice 😊 In July 2014, we got to camp for 2 weeks in Glacier, and explored so many areas of the park. Back then, we just drove in and grabbed a spot. Times have definitely changed. I always wanted to get back and spend some more time on the east side and stay in that beautiful hotel. Great advice and tips for those who plan on getting out there to explore 😊
ОтветитьKeep to the itinerary you’ll get more done 👍…
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your hikes. Glacier NP is our favorite. We had to modify our plans often based upon bear activity. There are so many beautiful hiking trails, rivers, waterfalls. Glad you and your sister enjoyed it.
ОтветитьYou visit such beautiful locations, Alice. Thank you for sharing your adventures with your admiring public!
ОтветитьSimply amazing, these shots are truly incredible! What a production my friend! 🔥
ОтветитьAmazing video, reminds me of the trip I took to Glacier about 10 years ago. I've been to 40 national parks so far and to this day, Glacier NP remains my favorite!
ОтветитьAlice, Very timely video. Glacier is part of a ten day Rocky Mt road trip that I'm taking with my Grandson (Grandpa 71 and Grandson 14) in July. I'm so looking forward to spending one on one generational time with him. Thanks!
ОтветитьDear Alice: thank you for this amazing video of Glacier !
ОтветитьRemember the scene in The Birdcage? How many mothers does Val have? Well, How many Alice Fords are there? How do you do it? You are literally on different continents and countries and extreme locations. The treat of traveling along with your adventures is delightful 🙂
ОтветитьAs always, AWESOME!!!!
ОтветитьI reside a short 90 minute drive from Glacier National Park 🇺🇸 which has a boundary with Waterton National Park 🇨🇦 on the Canadian side. You gotta be there to have a good feel of the place. Even the best pic taken cannot give justice to the area. The Rocky Mountains are majestic. I could see a burnt area from your footage, a major fire happened over here 4-5 years ago and almost half the park suffered from it, some areas are still closed to the public. Thanks for sharing Alice 😎👍🥾🏔
ОтветитьWas there fall of 2022 definitely going back hike on
ОтветитьStunning.
ОтветитьOh I love Glacier. Watch out for grizzlies and go to one of their astronomy programs...
ОтветитьThanks Alice. I said wow several times to myself watching this video. I will have to hike Glacier Park soon.
ОтветитьAlice, it's unfortunate how many people were impacted by the Canadian fires. God to see.yiu spent time with your sister.
