i started working out with jo exactly one month ago and trust me, it's worth it. you don't have to start with workouts that are that long and difficult, choose something short at the beginning and try to develop a routine. seriously, after only one month i managed to do that and i see a big improvement not only in my body (i went from 63 to 60kg in 30 days without dieting which is crazy for me ngl) but also in my physical condition and mental health. 100% recommend

I did the workout yesterday for the first time. Gave up right before the break. Today, as in my second time, I finished the whole workout. I can’t describe the motivation I felt when I hit the break. I had a whole different kind of drive to success. The happiness I feel with myself is unmatched 🩷🩷🦋🦋

I got hospitalized last year and prescribed daily exercise after that I have done exercises 3 days break in a weak but still no results let's do it daily
Day 1 ✅ but with break after every 10 min
Day 2 ✅ improvement feeling less tired than tomorrow
Day 3 ✅ feeling less tired and break after 15 min but completed it 😁
Day 4 ✅ no improvement because got hit by someone in karate class my knee feels like broke can't do some of them😅

Hey! Is anyone doing it in 2023? Anyway, if you’re looking for current support ..😅Thyroid issues here, hope I can loose some weight. I challenged myself into this! Starting today, december 1st (weight 67,500kg). 😅 let’s do it!!
Dec. 1st: ✅ starting at 67,500kg . Was hard but did it with no breaks.
Dec.2: ✅ was harder but did it
Dec.3: ✅ hard. Was 67,100 today but eat lots of carbs with fam, so I’ll gain that weight again. 😢
Dec.4: ✅
Dec.5: ❌

Its been 2 weeks and ive been trying to find the perfect workout and i can definitetly see this is the one!! Ive been doing other excercises but didnt get results from them. And now, its been 2 days since ive been doing this excercise and im feeling very energetic but i still dont finish the full 45 minutes. So, im going to be doing this for 2 weeks, and share the results also the 2 days ive done!
Day 1- ✅ did the excercise for 20-30 mins, hoping i can do it for longer
Day 2-✅ did it for 15-20 mins
Day 3- ✅ did it for 15-20 mins because i did another grow with jo workout for 20 mins before!
Update: I forgot to reply to this comment but i have been having a few break days but for the days i have done, Ive seen a difference in my belly. I will start doing this excercise tommorow for 2 weeks sraight with a diet!

Last year i got hospitalized for more than a month after i get discharge dr prescrip me with tons of medicine.. lots of things happen in that process i started getting sick every month my parents started getting worried about i was feeling horrible in that process i forget about myself laying on bed full days i started forgot that i hava a life i started gaining weight like hell i started losing hoping i started hating my body and one day when i was scrolling through on facebook i saw a channel called slice and rice she was talking about jo she was doing 1 week belly fat challenge... she share a result i thought its was just other fitness channel so i started searching her and i decided to do when i started i was over 70kgs and I started in July just for fun but after sometime I started seeing changes in my body after sometime when I gain some confident i notice i was not getting sick like i still got fever that time but that worse i decided to stick with jo..
Now I even don't get that fever i am healthy i don't need that prescribed medicine i started eating healthy i am already vegetarian i don't even take eggs ..I believe her when she said Consistency is the key . By the I am 58 kgs thanks to her

Im 22 a mom of 1, being a stay a home changed me in so many ways I didn’t notice how fast I had lost myself and gained all my baby weight back within months. On Dec.31.22 I got up off my couch and started working out to this video no sports bra or actual work out gear (because I’ve never worked out before) and I had a major fear of the gym. Fast forward today Jo helped me lose over 30lbs and I now go to the gym 4x a week. A year ago I would’ve never guessed where’d I’d be today. Thanks to Jo’s contagious smile and encouraging reels I always got back up off the couch and got to it. Thank you so much Jo🥹🧡

I do Jo's workouts for many months now, after my 3rd baby and I used to do them before I got pregnant also.I've lost some weight and I gained some back, I don't really see a change in my body, but I feel amazing. I am not sure why I am not losing weight, I will see an endocrinologist tomorrow and check ky hormones. But I just want to say that these workouts became so easy that I don't even sweat much anymore and I don't feel tired afterwards. If you want yo get stronger just keep going every day, and 47 minutes of this workout will seem super easy for you 💪
