PS the 4 desserts in 1 plate was a bit of a goof up by the restaurant. None of those are meant to be eaten (or played together) . It’s like serving a mashup of pumpkin pie, bread pudding, rice pudding and custard all together .

Pakistani food is similar and the same time different to Indian food. There are tend of thousands of Pakistani restaurants in the world. I have tried the restaurants in UAE and UK. Both are brilliant. Really glad to hear your mother enjoyed the food. Its very addictive. Many times, I've had neighbours knocking on my door asking to make food for them.
