It could have been dominated from above on either side of the dip yet not offer a level entrance or exit to the wall itself, for military purposes [it would have been too remote for civilian use]. Could have been so much better. The Presenter is almost unintelligible because his mic is so muffled. The English Heritage curator knows her stuff and is interesting but what is she wearing? This all feels as if it was produced on a tiny budget. Where are the graphics to show what all this looked like? Great subject. Disappointing production. And someone please tell the presenter to stop waving his hands around if he is ever asked to make another film.
