Does it have to be raw bananas? We Hispanics like to fry our bananas, not plantains in this topic, and they get super sweet tasting. But raw bananas, I have an allergy to them, cooked bananas are not a problem.

Yogurt, plain without added sugars or flavourings, and not too green but also not too ripe bananas has certainly helped🙏‼️

Yogurt is good, but lifeway Keefer is superior as a probiotic. I have been using this product for 10 years with great success to firm up my stools, even from watery diarrhea in 2 days.
