I'm 67, had two total hip replacements within the last year and a half, and both knees are bone on bone, which prevents me from doing many other types of yoga. These videos make me feel much more flexible, and energized! I've been saying so much lately, "I'm too young to feel this damn old," but having only been following you for a couple of days, I'm already starting to feel better. Thank you!

ОтветитьI started with your Level 1 a little over a week ago. I thought maybe I'm ready for Level 2. What a great step up to slightly more challenging moves! This will be great to stick to for the next month to get to the point where the moves are easier. I am younger but in a wheelchair, so this is perfect for someone like me. Thanks.

This was a Blessed gift on that I was motivated on my physical process of moving forth and healing...
I'm ready for this updated version it'll be a great addition to my physical therapy I'm currently taking....😇
