ОтветитьI've been doing this workout for 3 days and i lost 0,5 kg but i also do diet and only eat healthy food also i drink detox tea.I do this twice a day and after that i do abs workout( i workout only 5 days a week)
day 1: 53.4 kg
day 2: 53.1 kg
day 3: 52.9 kg
day 4: 53.4 kg ,what’s going on😭 maybe i ate too much yesterday
day 5: 53.4 kg ,still 53,4kg
i will update until i’m 40 kg:) sorry for my bad english

Once again i am here and i am going to start only jumping jacks lets see how i loose my fat from thighs and belly current weight 60kg

55.5kg i couldn’t do more than 7min but i can feel the burning!
day 2
55.4 stopped after 5 min 🥲 i feel my heart bumping still and i think that it wasn’t really a good idea to eat right before exercising 😅 hopefully i’ll do better tomorrow !
* also im gonna weigh myself weakly instead of daily *
day 3
10 min!! i hurt my feet while jumping through the third round and instead of quitting it all i replaced it by doing cross standing + yesterday i started lifting 4kg dumbbells !

Day 1: I loved it. I am 72 kgs and I do Work out two times a day btw
Day 2: I measure my weight weekly sorreey. I feel no change tho
Day3: feels no visual change
Day 4. Yall r gonna laugh but I feel so physical change
Day 5: my muscles are more flexible ig
Day6: mum said I lost weight so I probs did
Day 7: I feel change tomorrow is my weight day

I decided to apply jumping jacks as my daily exercise. Let’s see how my body will change.
WEEK 1————————————
Day 1: ✅ weight 59.5kg
Day 2: my legs and arms got hurt, take a rest one day 😂
Day 3: ✅ still hurt but done. After the 2nd day, I still feel like I’m breathing through my ears 😂
Day 4: Take a rest
Day 5: Take a rest
Day 6: ✅ I lost weight to 59.0kg 😮
Day 7: ✅ I'm getting used to the exercises
