I wept as I saw my late sister, my late mother, my first motorcycle when I was 11, the living room of the last home my family lived in 35 years ago and many other "firsts". I will try this again, I was not able to finish as I was over whelmed. Thank you for this very personal and enlightening experience.

This meditation really helped me confront a part of my life I think was in the way of letting me live to my fullest potential. I'm trans, and i one of the rooms I found myself as a child, sitting in a corner. I realized that I need to mourn for the true childhood I never had in order to move on. Tears were streaming down my cheeks when you said it was time to move out of the tunnel, but I'm glad I got to confront my deep-seated issues. Thank you so much.

I was wondering around unsure of what I was looking for, and then suddenly my ex was standing in front of me. He smiled at me, we kissed, and then he turned into water and went into my heart. I almost feel like it was a metaphor of me finally letting go, and realizing he’ll always be with me, not in body anymore, but I’m heart. It’s time to let go, but he’ll always have a special place in my heart.

Hi Jason, I like your videos and tried your meditations many times, they are very helpful. But sometimes the background music is too loud for me so I stop in the middle of it. Sorry if it’s only me thinking like that. 🙏

When I did this one, all I saw at the forefront was stuff I fear... why did that happen?

Fear of public performance, fear of loss, fear of commitment, fear of relationships/trust issues, ichthyophobia

What does this mean?

Overcoming a bad habit isn’t easy, and I wanted to seek inner clearance in my mind for why I was making an effort to break it. This video was exactly what I needed. Thank ylu

Thank you, this meditation is freeing. I enjoyed being in this space with God and seeing the maps payed out for me. What kept coming was the four pillars of faith. Thank you.

I cried the whole way through this. What I found at the bottom of the tunnel, which I was panicking in, was me as a child, alone, ashamed, and withdrawn. I sat with her and cried, hugged her and then picked her up and carried her out. I hope in the future when I do this meditation again I will start to find goals, dreams, and long extinguished passions. This was not what I expected to happen. Thank you.

This was beautiful.

Walking back into my mind was such a comforting feeling. Seeing my favorite memories, hopes, dreams... I coukd feel and sense them all. I remembered some things from my childhood I previously had let fade away. J allowed mysemf to fully let go.

What a wonderful meditation. I hope to find a longer video exactly like this one, where i can take an hour or more to explore it all. Thank you ❣️
