24hrs with Triplets | 1st Birthday Preparations DITL

My channel has been a little quiet recently as the triplets have me so busy every day and I do all this alone (with help from my husband of course). I thought I'd share what our days look like with a glimpse into 24hrs with triplets and a toddler.

RECIPES
Blueberry Pancakes
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1tsp baking powder
handful of halved blueberries

Egg Pancakes
Use a silicone mini muffin tin
5 eggs
+ finely chopped/grated vegetables (I use courgette, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower)
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins

Turkey Pasta Bake
Precook turkey and pasta
add onion, courgette and pepper to a pan and cook until soft
add a tin of chopped tomatoes and cook through
stir in 2 large handfuls of spinach
take off the heat and stir in 2 large spoonfuls of natural yoghurt
combine the vegetable mix, pasta and turkey and then top with grated cheese
bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 mins
