Wow….yes Andre’s is correct, the state had done some VERY shady things to Richard Allen in order to bring these charges against him BUT you shouldn’t overlook the facts and the facts clearly show he killed Abby and Libby, point blank!! Yes he was treated badly in solitary BUT….he did it!!!

My gut tells me it’s not RA and that worries me because the police have decided it’s him with not enough evidence, and whether or not RA gets convicted, I feel like Abby and Libby won’t get justice this way. That’s so heartbreaking. I have to add that it’s scary too, if there’s someone or multiple someones capable of doing what happened to the girls, just out there living their lives among us, among other young girls.

This makes me NOT want to say something if I see something!

For those saying RA sounds like Bridge Guy… so does Doug Carter. 🫣 Get him to say, “Guys, down the hill.” Not saying it’s him, obviously, but just how common that sort of male voice seems to be.

Breaks my heart that every step of this investigation mistakes were made. Abby and Libby will never get justice for this. And now the family have seen things they cannot ever un see all for nothing. ❤

Listening to this discussion I am outraged at this man's treatment by the state. This could be anyone and this is so disturbing.

As a nurse, we treat signs and symptoms of delirium as a life threatening condition. It sounds as RA was definitely delirious at certain times.

I can't get over the DNA (female) , the hairs entwined in Abby's fingers, PRISON ISOLATION AND HALDOL, manipulated video and audio, Allen changed nothing about his appearance and kept the jacket and the fact the defense is working with both hands tied behind their backs. I would love to hear from Abby's family and Libby's Mom.

These idiots were determined that it was someone local and THEY wanted to find him themselves. There was no way they were letting anyone else get that reward money!!! This is as dirty as it gets. The FBI were going the route of a travelling serial killer which is what this is, Lyric and Elizabeth, but they were too stupid and pigheaded to listen. Money was the motivation to ignore every other tip but the one THEY found!!!!! This is pure greedy, evil!!!!

This was THE most important case they have and ever will se. This evidence should have been in a vault FFS!!!!!! CORRUPTION, plain and simple.

The fireman! Ok there is a volunteer firefighter who was at the Flora fire after and commented on on a news report, he was at the Delphi crime scene in the search, and he rescued a little girl from a fire years ago named Linda Weldy who was murdered a few years later and is a cold case!!!!!!!!!!

The voice on the audio tape is identical to Superintendent Doug Carter's voice. And his behavior at the press conferences were downright bizarre. The whole case stinks of corruption right up to Dishonorable Judge Frances C. Gull.

Im taking bets right now on whether jurors appearing to be defense leaning are removed for something stupid before deliberations, i am calling it right now, any takers???

Too bad Gull wont let inmate Robert Baston testify about the odin patch guards that beat up richard allen. Then video testimonies from odin guards (heathens) come up gone.

It sounds like the judge is biased, at a minimum, and possibly corrupt.

If people don't want him convicted, it's because of all of the red flags with the investigation. Especially with children being the victims, people would be more likely to want him found guilty.

Im getting to the point were I can't watch anything about this case because it's so infuriating.

Can an appeal be made due to biased judge?

Can RA file charges against the prison and the state for abuse?

Why were they not allowed to present evidence of odinism?

Andrea has been amazing at breaking down what’s happening in court everyday. There’s so much reasonable doubt in this case. I really feel for these girls families and dealing with the sheer incompetence of LEO.

At this point, based on what little I know, it feels like the state does not have enough evidence to convict. So if Allen really is guilty, I pray for a hung jury, so this crime can be retried. How horrible for Abby and Libby’s loved ones, I can only imagine😢

I just don't trust lead detective and the sister...Allen is not guilty

So, all those interviews, the feds have. The trial is over. There's no reason you can't do a FOIA request & get that info.

Why would Carter ask the fbi to get off the case he admitted him self he has not seen any thing like this case four fourty years you would think he would ask for all the help he would need Libby and Abby should not have to wait for years to find out who did this sad😢😢

We do not think that the prosacution has not have enough evadande then yes dr wala telling R A about the case she was finding out if the prosaution put more out to with out a dought make sure he is the one nothing right now says he did the crime Libby and Abby would nor want the wrong person maybe in Jail i hope with a new investagation with the fbi not any one from delphy 😢😢
