I don't get it, as far as i understand the first speaker had some legitimate issue to present and was frustrated apparently by previous honghong comments by madisha which also seem to have insulted other members of parlament.

So how is this funny?

Madisha seems to just make insultory comments instead of taking the issue serious, ridiculing other speakers instead of engaging with the issue.

Why do so many ppl find this funny?
It is sad, especially because it seems that much of the world is descending into this kind of behaviour, not really wanting to discuss and solve issues, but just attacking and insulting their opponents.
