Indian Motorcycles Brand New Scout 2024 Launch

My Indian salesman says that there's talk of making an adventure version of the FTR.

I was thinking from what I heard last year that Indian had gone to the wall has somebody stepped in to help save the brand and this is the outcome if so that’s good I think they are beautiful bikes loving the vids but got some catching up to do as I’ve not been about much lately hope your well ride safe

It's another all black Scout with a chrome pipe. They're really mixing it up at Indian. Now you can get an all black one with fat tires. An all black one with skinny tires. And now an all black one with a chrome pipe. The designers there are just 🔥. Good thing I have a 🧯.

An FTR engine in a scout would be my guess. Also a challenger engine in the roadmaster would be a dream, then I wake up lol.

These type of bikes are not my cup of tea, BUT they surely changing my mind, day by day. Indian is doing something sweet to cater to all riders. I think they listen more than HD. Just beautiful , sexy, old style, yet with modern touch and super tech. Keep coming, Indian. The Pursuit Elite is calling me. The new Scout will sell good.

i'm hoping it's a middleweight bagger with a complete fairing similar to the Chieftain. Radio, screen, and all. Wouldn't care if it came with the electric windshield.

Indeed the new Scout is completely different if the video is actually not totally fake. You can see in the back a different cowl, a different tank (Chief tank) and different front suspension (Ohlins at a different rake angle). A Chief tank only make sense if they added the digital speedometer, because the fuel pump is perpendicular, for the fuel sensor - so almost sure there will be a FTR2023 digital speedometer. The hardware is the same, but the firmware differs - the Chief one only goes to 6k RPM and will not show the engine temperature while FTRs one it will.

I want a new classic scout with inline 4 cylinder. That would be so boss. (sigh)

If it aint broke dont fix it. Just add a fuel gauge and replace rear shocks.

Now that Harley Has Stepped up with The Road Glide and Street Glides It’s time for Indian to hit back. There’s rumors of a new 112 challenger/pursuit engine also being mounted on the Roadmaster and Chieftain line up … 2025…26 But I think they need to do it Quickly

You mean reliable! Ride in the wet or live in high humidity ztage reliable, starter solenoid, bar switches and ECU reliable? Even brakes that dont fail that kind of completly different or just tarted up cosmeticly but otherwise just the same Polaris product
