You cannot disclose why you left a toxic and horrible place of work only to find out you are interviewing for one that is worse... This is why people are leaving, quiting, not productive because they are forced to LIE continously while they are being LIED to-Double $tandards. Having to deal with a system that is dishonest and corrupt and who violate their own policies, laws, ethics, morals all while we are forced to follow them and play their game(s).. So we are forced to play the game because we are PAWN$ to the B$ manipulative tactics in order to earn a living. The employer/boss doesn't care about making work enjoyable, setting an example but only profitable at the expense of the employees.. and working for a "AT WILL" state the workers are always going to LO$E because they can say whatever they want about you, all while we have to make up B$ to get a job. All we are are $LAVE$ to them and the $Y$TEM of government bureaucracy and political mobsters and Corporate bullies.

One time he told me to stand up...to tell me I did a good job, then he spanked my bum in front of everyone. Another time he refused to give me a new cutting disc to cut porcelain, so then I cut my thumb really bad! I chose not to claim L&I and sue him because in some professions the word gets around. I feared that another employee wouldn't hire me because of a law suit. I ended up leaving anyway because I had carpal tunnel syndrome from my years at my career. So I should leave out my issues with my carpal tunnel? When I left I started going to college to change my career, half way through the program my elderly mom was ill and had to move in with me (for 4 years). I was planing on going back to college but then my dad got cancer. Needless to say I couldn't go back because of my responsibilities. Even after my parents passed I still have an even longer gap in my resume...my fault. I REALLY need to get back to work but feel like I need professional help with my huge gap. Ok so, I was terminated, but rehireable. I have applied back to the same company 7 diff times and continue getting generic rejection emails claiming they are continuing with other candidates that more closely match qualification requirements. I have worked for them for over 5 yrs and had 1 incident occur but it was a system issue that affected me. I have reached out to the HR individual by email with no results. Any advice?

I like your vibe but the main things that candidate should do is be confident and tell that , Company has bene rerstructured so I was looking for the direction I was.

I left my previous job because my family and I are migrating to another country for better future of our daughter. So i was not able to continue working in that role due to the transition. I am now a stay-at-home-mum looking for an opportunity to return to workforce. :)

Unfortunately, what is perceived as "job hopping" is common and necessary in this current job market. The only way to increase your salary for most of us is to leave within 2-3 years.
