One thing is your height as a man.. also your body fat.. proportions are far more effective in enhancing arm size.. you can have 15 inch arms and if you are say 5 foot 5 and lean your arms will look massive..

I'm on my second aortic valve replacement. This one was a TAVR. I haven't worked out since 2008 when I got out of the Army. I'm 5'9 212lbs. My arms are (L) 15 1/2 (R) 16. I'm now 44 and have been doing some old PT shit id use especially when I ran PT. Typically when it was company or higher. You know those special mornings we all gather together at 5 am and one lucky Specialist gets the opportunity to smoke the shit out of everyone. 😮‍💨 God I miss having purpose.
Anyway, I'm 44 and for some reason I get pumped and big fast. It's been 1 month of working out every time I gotta piss or get a drink. If I burp I'll go do some curls. Watch a commercial and I'll do 44 pushups. Not exactly sure but now that im high af and thinking about it 😂 I'm doing a lot! Okay. Forget why. Now I know. I work out probably 5 full hours a day every day for over 32 days. 🤔 who needs drugs haha I must have good genetics.

People always tell me I look like I go gym and ask how much I can lift but I’ve barely gone in my 22 years on this planet and I’ve gotten into the gym now and it’s a bit weird where I look like I have gone to the gym for at least 6 month to a year but I can’t lift for shit and still learning proper form.
