fun fact, the ocean in Subnautica is only 25% as deep as the ocean on earth

Just remembered, the explosion was from the dark matter engine quantum failure (aka big boom in warpdrive), not nuclear reactor. But radiation was emmiting through leakage in reactor. This is the reason why we can not save aurora, but can at least stop nuclear waste emissions (and it's also the reason why the reactor was not blown dont to pieces)

To be fair, you shouldn’t be able to get inside there before anyway. My guess is that the radiation might be gone already tho since you already repaired the reactor.

I only if there was like a little Easter egg like in the back of the Aurora, the most dangerous part there was like a bulge pump, and you were able to activate it and repair the Aurora. Kind of like a four part like thing where you first turn on the bulge pump, then use the fire extinguisher to clear out all the fires. And fix all the broken holes and use some thing like the cyclops to pull all the destroyed parts back into. It’s just completely fixed and then you can go into it and fix the reactor And then you’re able to pilot it How many but first you had to disable the weapon

I was messing around with commands, and exploded the ship again, after repairing it, and yeah, all the leaks reopened

Thats actually not a real space ship its a video game. I saw it in my kids computer making squelxhing sounds and water in the lungs. It made sounds like pornograpgy but was images of a computer game so i forbidden my kids from playing it (hes 23)

What got me freaked was fixing the reactor then getting lost going out.

Nothing, because you can’t access it without mods until it does explode. So they put zero effort into programming anything.

When your repairing the reactor your only repairing the external casing. All of the internal damage has been done and a simple repair tool can't fix that.

It happens anyways because it’s a scripted event that is planned to happen after a certain amount of time. There is even a command to cause the explosion prematurely
