I remember I didn't know how to swim I learned when I was like 18 to swim and now I can swim where the water is 10 ft deep remember you only drown from freaking out and letting the water get in your lungs

How would one not know how to swim? Even if for some reason you never learn, when you are at the waterpark, it is the perfect chance to learn BEFORE you go on a slide like this, there would probably be a pool or something he could have practiced in. It's not like it would have really taken more than 5 mins, just like "Ok make circles with your arms and pretend to ride a bike with your legs to tread." You don't even need to learn how to swim freestyle, in small pools like this just doggy paddle. I don't see how people can be this stupid.
