Thank you for a wonderful explanation on how to grow microgreens. I have been growing my own food for over 15 years but never attempted microgreens. You showed me a easy way to do it. I can't wait to start my own microgreens.

so the reason for the paver is to (i think) just put enough pressure so no light comes in, is that right? and then it's 2 seeds trays stacked, third stacked tray is empty (not 3 seeded trays) -- right? YAY!
