ОтветитьOn a budget and in to strongman? A yoke can replace rack. Besides yoke carry use it as rack for squats, bench press, etc. can also use as sled and other things such as zercher carry, etc.
sand bags instead of medicine balls.
Bumper plates are not essential unless you're doing Olympic lifts.

ОтветитьGreat video. IMHO you can go even more essential by skipping the medicine ball and the assoult air bike. Instead I would've put a couple of parallettes for dips in the list, and for cardio, good old fashioned jog or sprints😉.

ОтветитьMy current set up is dumbbells , power rack with pull-up bar. Lat pull down with leg extension and preacher curl . I also have an extra bench press rack and an easy curl bar. Finally I have an Olympic weight set , and for the floor 4 pieces of plywood

Everyone here seems to forgett dumbbells and if you like deadlifting get an deadlift jack they are only 80 dollars and will save you your back while getting plates on
