How to fix low GPU usage on NVIDIA dedicated video card [ tutorial ]

I have a 1050ti and it only reaches upto 30% while playing CS2 and i get no nore than 50 fps

I am currently having Asus tuf F15 gaming laptop with rtx 2050 having maximum TGP output of 70W. But none of the games consume more than 55 to 52 W .... Should I overclock from MSI after burner to get maximum output or there is some natural way to get the max output ? Please suggest

mine is max at first but after 1hour of playing it uses 40-50% of usage

My gpu only using 3-20% percent any solution?

I really have a weird issue here, so when I run roblox on my laptop my gpu usage is like 50% , but when I run GTA V the usage is like 2%-11% but the game runs smoothly and there is no lag or stutter and I still think this is weird but okay, but then when I run COD MW2 the usage is 0%-2% and the game is literally unplayable and the weird thing is that I chose in the settings to let the game use the dedicated gpu. Please if someone has a solution to this I would be grateful

I have a GTX 1050, it’s old but still preforms well but when I game somehow I get 60fps max on Fortnite low settings, and I saw I was using 20% of my gpu at all times… fix??
