Very interesting Bella. Coincidentally, I was experimenting today with watercolours and aquapasto… after watching your videos of this technique. I was trying to get the effect of rippling waves on a rock pool, using aquapasto… perhaps you could have a go at something similar? Thanks for sharing your experiments, as you’ve opened up a fascinating new avenue for me. Mick. 😊
ОтветитьSo beautiful
ОтветитьExcellent video. Aquapasto is now on my shopping list!
ОтветитьThanks so much for sharing your process; appreciated! Looking forward to more. :-)
ОтветитьLove love this video! So low key but with so many gems within it. I had to laugh at Cerulean blue part. You put it exactly where I wanted it to go! Great minds n'all that 😆. Cheers from Aus!😎
ОтветитьWhat means " aquapasto" in french ? Thank you for these beautiful effects ! I love it.
ОтветитьHow interesting thankyou! I'd be interested to know whose masking tape you used? I had a roll of fluorescent pink plasticy stuff for years and it was so reliable and very low tack but enough to reuse over and over. But, alas, I am at the end of the roll and everything I have tried thus far has pulled the surface of my papers up :-(
ОтветитьBrava!😊
ОтветитьSo beautiful! Thank you for sharing the approach and how you make composition choices. I really appreciate it and love your style.
ОтветитьI really do like the way to get to the art piece. I’ll try it, too. Thanks for showing.
Ответитьso you inspired me
not in such a direct "do this" way
but a more general way, and it worked out fantastic

Love how you used the wedge to pull the paint. So cool! 😍
ОтветитьThis is very inspirational thanks for sharing..what sketch book do you like for your little experiments? It seems to be like a hot press paper..thanks

ОтветитьI find your demonstration exciting. My work I’d representational and I have so wanted to loosen it up but have not known where to begin really. Even without the aquapadto This looks like such fun. Have just subscribed.
ОтветитьAbsolutely loved it all - really beautiful work! Never having worked with watercolour, am I safe to assume you were 'wet on wet' throughout - or have I missed some details? Thanks ever so much - happy to 'Subscribe' and 'Like'
