That was so awesome getting to meet you! Can’t wait for the next time. I hope this helps 🫡🙏
ОтветитьYeah, I read this one old article when internet first came out doing the split squat stretch would help with speed; I had no idea it was helping with knee durability; my friends would always complain about knee pain while running and sports; not me; even today I rarely get knee pain; I would always try to do the stretch then get up without any help
ОтветитьMy Two favorites in one video!
@Thekneesovertoesguy - I can do deep squats now, and three years ago that was impossible.
It wouldn't be a Thomas dolor video without his incessant grifting
ОтветитьGreat video guys very informative and sleducational
ОтветитьTried them today and really like it. They're the best option before squats
ОтветитьAs much I want to try the adductor exercise, I can't help but think how crazy I would look in the gym
ОтветитьReally interesting video
ОтветитьDoes the heel need to be elevated?
Ответитьu sirs are doing gods work you deserve more recognition
ОтветитьI've listen to loads of Ben's stuff. I really appreciated Thomas' input on this one. The thing about the heart working harder to push against the resistance of areas that dont receive enough bloodflow was very insightful 🙏
ОтветитьSets and reps for beginners, intermediate, etc please
ОтветитьHow do I do this at home without the equipment you have in the video?
ОтветитьBob gadja was not natural 🤣 he did train with circuits though
ОтветитьHis excitement about mobility is contagious
ОтветитьI love the humility demonstrated here. You're clearly very strong and athletic but with there new exercises you're starting at the start with clear goals of how to get better. Like so many other people I've let ego get the better of me in the gym before and I always pay for it so I think you're setting such a good example by taking the required time to become familiar with new exercises before pushing yourself on them
Ответитьhello....question on the Seated Good Mornings....I have had some issues in the past w/ bulging discs in the L4/5 area. Never had sciatica issues, localized in low back area. Are these a good idea for those that have that issue?....thank you.
ОтветитьCan you do this from a chair or couch if you workout at home and don't have a bench?
ОтветитьGreat one 🎉 but we Indians decided this with YOGA 1000 years back before Christ ❤
ОтветитьVery helpful
ОтветитьBig influence from Charles Poliquin on this system
ОтветитьGreat video
Ответить1. Deep split lunges
2. Elevated split lunge w/ triangular wedge
3. Seated good morning
If you just want the exercises :)
Excellent. Feeling good, doing these now.
Ответить💯
ОтветитьOne of the best videos ❤
ОтветитьThese seated hip hinges are legit!
Does anyone know how often they can be done ?
Watched this on a recovery day so added them in. Absurdly effective straight away. The forward stretch with the heel raise particularly.
ОтветитьI really like those ideas.
ОтветитьHow high is that stepstool?
ОтветитьSaw this video last week and have been doing these for 5 days. Squatted down parallel on my first set for the first time in 10 years today. Thanks for your information.
ОтветитьBen you are a God Sent.❤ God bless your kind heart
ОтветитьThe 2nd one seems like its not good for low back pain....def aggravates back pain
ОтветитьTDL has a much less deep squat on back leg, aka the knee is bent vs Ben's straight leg. No judgement just asking what form is better for results? Love ye both from Ireland!
ОтветитьI’m so grateful for this video
ОтветитьI realize that now that I have a sitting job, my hips are always in pain. I didn't realize what was happening. I'm going to give these a try and see how it goes.
What did he mean by sledding? I didn't see that video.
The part at end about how you get really winded after something as simple as that spoke DIRECTLY to me. I've been wondering how i can run five miles relatively easily, yet get winded doing a few mobility exercises involving rarely used muscles.
Ответитьawesome video Tom! thanks
ОтветитьPretty interesting. Something is going on with me. I lose my balance when my right leg is forward on lunges or the squat move demonstrated here. With the left leg is forward, the balance is great.
ОтветитьMaybe you're just a salesman.
ОтветитьLiterally life changing...Thank you!
ОтветитьDoing the split squat with the foot elevated on a stool like that aggravated my hernia like no other...curious if I am doing this wrong or is that just a risk
ОтветитьIf someone as fit as you has pain and stiffness I would say it's pretty common in human adults.
ОтветитьIt’s not micro trauma, though, is it? I believe the research is leaning towards mechanical tension instead as the growth stimulus.
ОтветитьWhat if my hip flexors always take over and I have some hyper mobility and should not stretch my hip flexors? Is there any changes you’d make for this exercise?
ОтветитьThat hand shake was pretty gay
ОтветитьFack me, Great audio! Damm it!!
ОтветитьWe make health and exercise to complicated. Its amazing that you can do so much with these simple exercises
ОтветитьBen is always great. Never seen a vid where he dosnt come off as passionate and truly caring about people getting better.
