Hi ... this was the best exercise for me... i lost 5 pounds ... and it work out for me, my 34 waist become 28😍 and i cant believe it, it works... but ofcourse you need extra diet for the best result... thank you so much ... looking forward for another routine exercise... love you
ОтветитьI have probably done this workout at least 20 times. It is fun and I especially like how the music and beats will change during each exercise. Even if you are not looking at the screen you know when to go on to the next session. Good work on this and I like the music also.

ОтветитьSo thankful for this workout series. I’m 61 and I need to exercise but I need it to be doable for my knees and shoulders and I need cardio. This ticks all the boxes. In a few months I’ll post before and after photos because after 10 days I can already feel a difference in my clothes

ОтветитьGreat Workout. I cannot keep up but love the exercises and the thinking. I am sweating when done. I exercise just about every day now. Your site is one of my goto places to exercise. Learning not to keep up and will be back even more. I feel Great. Wow. I rotate between places that talk encouragement and places that don't say anything, What a great way to start my day.
