ОтветитьI got 3 days off of schedule, but I started Journaling again today and decided I was going to get back on track. It was tough, but I burnt through 3 days worth of excersise. Now I'm going to enjoy me some spaghetti! Thank you Chloe you are an awesome sensei! 🙏

Day8 of the program and wasn't feeling to workout due to pms. But I pushed myself through out! Soooo awesome I'm feeling now<33

ОтветитьCompletely random but Chloe has helped me go from overweight tween into healthy and beautiful body teen. I know it may be hard to believe for some but YOU WILL GET THERE. This may be irrelevant but i went from only feeling comfortable in oversized clothes to wearing tight crops and low rise jeans. When i look back i cant even believe i was that weight and i looked like that😅

My whole life i've always been 135 pounds 26 inch waist
But in 2022 I got up to 155 pounds and 32 inch waist
I've never experienced such drastic gain and all in my waist ..
I did her 2019 two week shred last month, modifying as needed, stop eating bread products, sugar, and processed shit, limited alcohol and in those two weeks of doing HIIT and eating cleaner I lost 3 inches in my waist
** Even after doing all that and losing a whole 3 inches, I weighed the exact same 155 pounds as before I started**
Don't pay too much attention to the number on the scale
The best way to track your progress is with a tape measure, and how you look and feel.
Going to continue to do HIIT and improve my lifestyle so I can lose more inches.
I just started the grow a booty program and MY ASS IS ON FIRE 🔥
Can someone help me please with a few things (I'm a beginner)
1) is it supposed to hurt or am i doing something wrong
2) I can't do side planks at all any tips
3) I can do high planks but any movement and I lose my balance please help.
I'm only on Day 6 😅
