Builder gels have saved my nails, I have sensory problems so when I break, split or bend a nail and cause it to catch on my clothes it really effects me, especially at work when I can’t stop to fix it so having instantly strong nails just from some gel has saved me so much stress !!

Also, use sunscreen if you're working with UV light 😊

I take a clove of garlic, cut it in half and run it over my nail, and I've been doing it for years and my nails are long and thick and don't split unless someone hits me super hard on it or cuts it.

Isn't it more convenient for the nails to bend? So that when you hit something instead of breaking they'll just bend. I've had long nails since covid started already like 4 years ago and having bend nails is the solution to not brake them at least for me

I applied my gel polish like this and I have very long natural nails and the sides of my nail started pushing inwards, making my nails look slimmer and after I took the gel polish off my nail shape had also slimmed down. Please, for the love of all that is holy and allergy inducing, get a good led/uv lamp! What you have is meant for flash curing! So many people who ARENT professionals are giving themselves chemical burns and allergic reactions because they are under curing the product.
