It definitely is hard in some climates vs others. Imagine doing this in rural Alaska vs the Amazon jungle. Night and day.

I'm homeless and basically live like this already. I can't afford land and even if I could my principles are against the concept of land taxes so I'd refuse to pay and subsequently would eventually lose my land. Also public land has limits as to how long your allowed to stay. See the BLM. So how can I do this legally? I currently do it illegally for lack of options. I'll be back in a month to check for replies.

I been learning primitive construction.
I can use the woods to my creations.
Make stone bricks.
Extract iron from rocks, smelt and cast iron tools.
Make studs and all kinds of wooden pieces.
Make a beautiful home.
Grow food. Hunt. Fish.

The biggest block to us going back to tribal living is fear of discomfort and death. Once we embrace it, get rid of sentimentality, and our weird morbid rituals...we can live free again. Many of us won't see the end result but we are on the path now. More tribalism , civil unrest , nature breaking down our structure. It's such a great thing.

But the primitivists must win. Technology is anti human . The next step is transhumanism then connection through the internet. Death of the human experience. This cannot happen.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. It's a bunch of half starved hippies trying to get people to be half starved hippies. Everything they need to have a life not that much different than at home exists in nature. Always improving your situation is how you thrive in a wilderness situation. This entire exercise is being executed incorrectly.

I have live for two years in the woods and love it most of the time. But there was lots of time I wish I had a bath in a tub or shower. There was times food was hard to get but learn how to fish and crab on my own. I was by myself and wish I had a companion to spend time with but that was hard to find. I can go on forever for my experiences I had. I still live somewhat primitive years after my experience living in the woods.but I did find out that I can do things that I never thought I could and found a lot of myself.

Nature doesn't need humanity to Grow,
Humanity needs nature to survive.
When your heart is purely inlove with nature; this mother nature will provide you everything you need, she will teach how to stand alone, she will make your mind and spirit as strong as the rapid current of a river. She will provide you vast knowledge on how to survive without relaying on money, Government and Society, and the most important off all, nature will teach your heart who is the author of all these great wonders., Your God. =)

"Can you live again in the civilized world?"
Absolutely. But you will have a greater respect and appreciation for it. Running water and automatic central heat really blew me away for a long time after living in primitive conditions. Meals are an entirely different experience as well. It's easy to understand why the modern world is so gluttonous and suffers with obesity issues; and really seem to have no respect for the process and the lives that sustain them.

Absolutely love this. If I could I would buy like a 100 or 200 Acres and live on it off-grid with my family and just enjoy living. No phones, laptops, Wifi, TV. Just Unity with nature. Get food from your surroundings.

child cruelty services should be called in on them as there was no kfc or MC Donald's fizzy pop or candy bars for the children. There was no TV or computers for them either.. that is child cruelty in my opinion. Not one adult had a Mobil phone. I only hope them kids got a good feed of MSG in their food when they went back home.

If this people didn't do OMAD than major props to them for making it less primitive. Pathetic is the indoctrinated world not the people but our demestic society. We're drowning in information and starving for wisdom.
