Hey yo! I'm doing a 3 month challenge to lose 4kg until high school start (January 31, 2024) and i select november to tone up my arms, i've been doing a arm workout but it doesnt work very well. Then, i'm doing for these 2 weeks Chloe Ting tone up arms exercise and shirlyn's arm workout too! (2 times per day)

Trying this for a month (doing other workouts with this so it might affect affect my arms a little)

Day 1- Had very little trouble with this, only had a problem with the punching one i had to stop like twice but other than that it was very very easy!!
(Starting again because I had to stop due to important issues)

I'm a teen and I'll only snack less and eat more healthier. I've done other workouts for arms for around a week but I didn't really loose shoulder fat. Only a little, but it did tone my arms. So, I'll try Shirlyn's workout for arms, legs and waist and I'll try to update after a week or two. It looks like her workouts actually work for others. So I'm gonna test it out:)

just to start off I would like to say that I won't be going on a diet but simply having fewer portions than normal and only drinking water. If I do come off track and start eating different things I will list them just to show that not everyone follows there strict diets :)
