Hi Nathan, how long did it took you to create the two sculpture? Fascinating!
ОтветитьGreat work, Nathan. I too am a sculptor. My family hails from Souris, PEI so this was a surprise popping up in my video feed.
ОтветитьWha is that light blue that you are using
ОтветитьIs that foam you start off with?
Ответитьdetail should be uniform. Face detail should match all other parts of the sculpture.
Ответитьпролеплина каждая складка, каждая пуговица. ноо, все не правильно. голова с шеей не сидят на плечевом поясе. Под одеждой нет структуры (конструкции тела) это бред какой то

ОтветитьHi Nathan ... I'm using Van Aken plastalina on a full sized sculpture that I'm working on and I'm having a hard time smoothing it. How does J-Mac compare to plastalina for smoothing and what method(s) do you use to smooth? Thanks. John
ОтветитьHi Nathan, what foam do you use for the filler on the armature?? I want to branch into bronzes .. need as much advice as I can get. it looks a lot easier on the hands than the wire I have used inside my sculptures ...
Ответитьnice but one of the mens legs looks too square....just sayin
ОтветитьThat dog has been sleeping all along..
Ответитьvery nice job, do you show other video for carving basic + armatures techniques?
ОтветитьDid you reuse the clay of the dog? As suddenly the body is gone and then the head :p
ОтветитьGosh, the only word that comes to mind is "gorgeous." I've never seen the process like this before.
Ответитьhow would you fire this???
Ответитьthank you
ОтветитьWhen you're having a chat with your friend, and their head keeps disappearing.
Ответитьperfect artwork ,, stuning.
ОтветитьOO-I see You allready has such a platforms!!
ОтветитьMaybe You Need to made something like rounded, moving podium,on whoom You can to manouver the sculptures 360* ? You Need just to built a platform, and add on the bottom couple of strong wheels, just like under the rubbish bin. This can be not so bad solution for Yout tiny workplace Nathan. On that way You can see sculptures from different perspectives. Good Luck.
ОтветитьThis Dog on the right side is a Kind of sculpture as well? ,-)
ОтветитьHow do you become an international sculptor? Is it more difficult?
Ответитьdoes anyone in here knows where I can take sculpting class in fort Lauderdale
