This awesome. It is exactly what I was looking for. I am still in early days so have a set of dumbells, and can only do inverted rows, but I do want to get good calasthenics and build up my arms and chest. So thanks so much for this!

I think calestenics help in our daily life a lot more than wheightlifting, however with wheightlifting I see the fastest results (as a beginner) as you can peform isolation movements.

Why not train front lever on pull day and planche on push day? I feel like you got that switched around.

I've always wondered how to take the time in time exercises for example a plank for a minute, do you have to be exactly with the time or more or less seconds doesn't matter?
