If you think it'll effect the faster players by about 5% then it will probably effect every player by about 5%, but 5% of 4-10hours is a lot more than 5% of an hour.

The base projectile speed of Spark has been reduced by 25%. It now fires 3 additional Projectiles at gem level 1 (previously 4), and 7 at gem level 20 (unchanged).

One thing that I really love about tytykiller YT videos, is that I don't even have to say something really smart to get pinned. So like. Mirage Archer is pretty good for bow builds leveling.

Adrenaline after swapping stance creates terrible optimal gameplay. It's not hard, it's just tedious. It's..not great.
I'm actually really surprised they added this because it is obviously optimal considering the adrenaline buff being as strong as it is.

This is really a bad addition imo, one more buff you have to have up-keep on in the most tedious way possible.

No real balance changes is sooooo boring, same builds for past year now. More balance changes in Diablo 3 than PoE, such a shame.

Willing to bet the natural improvements from playing will provide a faster acts clear than the leveling changes will take away. I imagine this’ll be my fastest clear yet, in spite of the changes.

tbh i always knew the changes wouldnt affect me that much. but they will at some degree. And the fact that ggg think thats ok annoys me pretty much. Dont misunderstand me: i'll be playing the next league. Mechanic seems to be quite good, but i cant say: some of these changes became live because of ruthless (bye onslaught); and leveling will be better (it wont!); also its a patchnotes where 70% of the adjustments were nerfs on the long run, so that kinda kills the mood to me.
Still, i hope i burn my tongue and have a blast next league. GL to everyone

The stance stuff is still kinda strange and properly not intend

maybe not dual wield sceptres, but Brutus is a sceptre. and it was a pretty usefull one for str stacking builds.

you will not be 5min slower in 3.21 because you (and everyone else) never played 3.21
there is really no point to compare times between versions in games like poe (or minecraft as a different example) that change so much each version
