Can a zero tolerance machine digest lactose?
ОтветитьNice splicing there
ОтветитьA brick of dwarf star alloy
ОтветитьA piece like that would cost $4-6k to machine though, thats why manufacturers typically don't sell those.
ОтветитьI have no clue what this is or how it works but I’m memorized by it
ОтветитьYou could make one hell of a hidden compartment like this
ОтветитьDoes this cool looking device have a purpose?
Ответитьuhhh, its gotta be slightly imperfect, if it was "perfect" then the thing would weld itself just on contact, like gauge blocks kinda do with wringing
ОтветитьImpressive. But there is no such thing as "zero tolerance".
ОтветитьThose lasers always get my brain running because I keep trying to think about how it’s made with regular tools.
ОтветитьThis is what I think about when I’m in bed with my wife.
ОтветитьHow u want a secret door that will have no cracks
Ответить😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
ОтветитьThis seem ASMR to me, but its better than that, its the tolerances
ОтветитьBoring
Ответитьantidiesestablishmentarianism
ОтветитьI see the line. Redo.
ОтветитьSuper
Ответить😍😍😍😍
ОтветитьGonna need a private moment in the bathroom.
Ответить"This is some precise shit"
-everyone
And after all that screws it to the f wall and make a cup holder.
Ответитьit’s edited
ОтветитьIt Was two cuts from two different blocks! Not just one cut!!!😮😮😮😮😮😮
Ответитьhow thin can do? for example 1mm?
ОтветитьThere’s no way that’s real!? I swear it looks like CGI
ОтветитьWhat I don’t like is that these toys aren’t available for purchase.
ОтветитьAmazing toys😂❤
ОтветитьWow😱
Ответитьthis really makes me wet
ОтветитьWhat tolerances they used to do this
ОтветитьVasco? 💢
Ответитьwhat are these sound effects
ОтветитьJust so you know: This is only microscopically low tolerance - "Zero Tolerance" is impossible, as it would be just a plain block with no machining whatsoever.
ОтветитьThe Iron cross, like literally
ОтветитьJust putting this here because I’m pedantic: “zero tolerance” machining is, of course, not “true zero” in its tolerances. The tolerances are probably in microns or potentially even in nanometers, measurements so small that they barely matter, and can’t be seen by the naked eye. Source: former glass machinist, most of my product tolerances were usually around 5-10 microns.
ОтветитьTechnically, we're looking at tolerances of approximately 0.005 mm, or the length of the HEAD of a human male sperm cell.
ОтветитьWhat is the tolerance there on that system of connection 2 details ?
H7/h7 or H5/h5 or H4/g4 or H3/j3 ?
Is this done on a EDM or what?
ОтветитьDamn, that is so impressive, Always wanted to learn to run an EDM.. I wish they would give me this beautiful part!!
ОтветитьMY EARSSSSSSSSSS
ОтветитьI like it. How much for same exact thing to purchase ?
ОтветитьWhen's Sodik getting in the picture?
ОтветитьJust Curious , and probably everyone here want to know is
How Much Would you sell that for ??
This gives me a great idea for a safe.
ОтветитьIt wouldn't fit smoothly with, zero tolerance
ОтветитьPlease make a lock core zero tolerance!
Ответитьbetcha that Zero Tolerance Edge is Primed and Ready to cut your fingies in the likely case event of being a desk fidget toy
ОтветитьAmazing!
Now make the Lament Configuration...
How does one lubricate this?
Do you just... ...not lube it and rely on the surface finish providing geometric lubrication?
