Don't worry about quality/price product differences, it is the same in Canada. Others country's product are always cheaper than local product. This as no relation if its top quality or else, and by example, maple sirop is top price and top quality in Canada where its product, but send oversea and sold for more than half the price. I don't know why, but its the same thing globaly.

Lou, since you are interested in keeping track of your income and expenses perhaps that would be easier if you used a spreadsheet and do it on your computer or phone. There are a number of advantages: you could do it faster and be able to track your progress over time more easily. Spreadsheets also do the calculations for you and you wouldn´t need a calculator. There are custom spreadsheets online but you can make your own. I´ve been keeping track of my budget for years and if you need more information or help just let me know. Cheers
