ОтветитьI have like scronny legs but my body type develops muscle quickly, my hips are very weak I’m trying to get a strong trunk how long do you think til I see results if I practice like 4 times a week?
ОтветитьOmg tku tku do much I am 59 with knee issues & this reminded me of my youthful leg workout just what I needed tku.
I will do this daily and know for sure it will help my knees hip etc tku again ❤️❤️.

ОтветитьDay 12! Had to take a few days off bc I was sick 😵💫😵💫 but happy that I jumped right back in. LOVED this burn. Legs are kinda becoming my fave to workout!
ОтветитьI get so mad when she asks me to pulse, like I see it coming but I don't want it to come. Besides that her workouts are FIREEEEE! I never felt this burn squating weights at the gym

ОтветитьDay 12, i'm loving this because is the only Exercise that i don't give up, but i only notice changes in the legs a little bit and that i blow up less but i'm not noticing a big change, idk if with this Exercise it's necesary a calory count but i'm teiying to get out of there, soooooo

ОтветитьFinished day 12 today, when starting this challenge it was my first time ever doing Pilates and I can now say it’s my favourite way to exercise. You’re the bomb Bailey, thanks for all the motivational words during workouts and these awesome videos. Looking like real life Barbie in this vid it’s a slayy💗
